1. Services
RepairWala IT Services ("we", "us", or "our") provides IT repair, installation, and support services — including laptop repair, desktop repair, CCTV installation, data recovery, networking, and cloud/server configuration — in Thane and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a free diagnostic assessment before any work begins.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All cost estimates are provided to you before work commences. Prices may vary based on parts required or complexity discovered during diagnosis. We will always obtain your explicit approval before proceeding with any chargeable work. No surprise charges will be added without your consent.
3. Warranty & Service Guarantee
- Labour warranty: All repair services carry a 30-day labour warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will re-examine and repair it free of charge (labour only).
- 7-day service guarantee: If a repaired device experiences the same fault within 7 days of collection, we will fix it at no cost, including any related labour.
- Parts warranty:Warranties on parts/components are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and must be claimed directly with the manufacturer or supplier.
- Data recovery: Data recovery services do not carry a success guarantee due to the inherent nature of data loss. Fees may still apply for the diagnostic process.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Unable to repair: If we cannot fix the reported issue, you owe nothing — a full refund applies if any advance was paid.
- Parts ordered/installed: Parts that have been ordered or installed are non-refundable, as they are procured specifically for your job.
- Our error: If we supply an incorrect part or cause damage to your device during service, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
- Service cancellation: You may cancel a service booking before a technician is dispatched without any charge. Once a technician has travelled to your location, a nominal visit fee may apply.
5. Liability
RepairWala IT Services is not liable for any pre-existing data loss or damage to devices that existed prior to the service being undertaken. We strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting any device for repair. Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the specific job.

We aim to resolve all disputes through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, customers retain the right to approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Data Protection Obligations
In providing our services, we process personal data (name, contact number, email) submitted through our website. This processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and conducted in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your service request and do not retain data beyond the period required.
The proposed Digital India Act (DIA), once enacted, may impose additional obligations. We will update these terms accordingly when it comes into force.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable Maharashtra state law where relevant. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
